Widespread rainfall is coming to an end today, only to be followed up by scattered thunderstorm chances across portions of central and north central South Dakota this afternoon into this evening. If skies clear off enough to heat things up across the Missouri River valley today, there could be some scattered showers and thunderstorms developing across that area as a result. Generally, temperatures today will warm into the 40s and 50s.
