Panel studies changes to SD jobless benefit laws

• PIERRE, S.D. (AP) -- A South Dakota advisory panel is considering possible

changes to South Dakota's unemployment insurance system.
• The Unemployment Insurance Advisory Council will meet Monday to discuss some federal requirements designed to combat fraud in the program.
