NOTICE OF 62nd ANNUAL MEETING 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the 62nd Annual Meeting of the members of James Valley Cooperative Telephone Company, will be held at the Groton High School Arena in Groton, South Dakota on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 12:30pm, with registration beginning at 11:30am.

The meeting is called pursuant to the cooperative’s bylaws for the following purposes:

1. To receive and act upon reports of the officers and management of the cooperative for the previous year’s operations.

2. To elect two directors for terms of three years.

3. To act upon any other business that may properly come before the meeting.
