NOTICE OF VACANCY ON SCHOOL BOARD

GROTON AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 06-6

The following school board positions will become vacant July 1, 2018, due to the expiration of the present terms of office of the following school board members:

Kara Pharis, 3-year term

Martin D. Weismantel, 3-year term

Circulation of nominating petitions may begin on January 26, 2018, and petitions may be filed in the office of the business manager located at Groton Area High School between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., central standard time not later than February 23, 2018, at 5:00 p.m., or mailed by registered mail not later than February 23, 2018, at 5:00 p.m.
