The Groton City Council met on the above date at 7:00 p.m. at the Groton Community Center for a special meeting. The following members present were: Blackmun, McGannon, Opp, Glover, Peterson, Babcock, and Mayor Hanlon presiding. Also present were: Finance Officer Block and Attorney Johnson.

At 7:01 p.m. the Council adjourned into executive session on a motion by Opp and seconded by Glover to discuss personnel matters under SDCL 1-25-2 (1). All members present voted aye. Council reconvened at 8:32 p.m.

Meeting adjourned.
