Additional showers and thunderstorms are possible along a weak front this afternoon. Severe storms are not expected, however brief heavy rain or small hail may occur. A relatively cooler and drier air mass moves into the region for the beginning of the work week, although small chances for late afternoon showers and storms do exist.
