• The Groton Garden Club met at the home of Deb Olson with Marj Overacker assisting.
• Eleven members answered roll call with "What's Up" in garden.
• Plans were finalized for hosting the South Dakota State Convention of Garden Clubs, June 20-21. The park circle will be planted at 4 p.m. on May 29.
• The next meeting will be at the home of Linda Gengerke with Eunice McCollister assisting and Linda Anderson giving the program. That meeting will be June 16 at 5:30 p.m.
• Following the meeting, Linda Gengerke gave the program on "Visiting Guatemala and Costa Rica."

• The Adult Birthday Club met at the Olive Grove Golf Club House with LaVonne Helmer as hostesses.
• First we met at the Methodist Church for May Breakfast. The April meeting was cancelled on account of the weather.
• Prizes were awarded to Darlene Fischer, Deloris Knoll and Grace Albrecht. Jean Steffes received the honor prize.
• Guests were Jean Steffes, Mary Jo Ball and Jean Olson.
• The June 3 meeting will be at the home of Darlene Fischer at her home in Aberdeen at 1 p.m.
