Low humidity and gusty northwest winds will combine to create dangerous fire conditions along and west of the James River Valley this afternoon. Morning showers are expected for areas east of the James River Valley. There will be a break in rain before isolated showers or thunderstorms are possible across this area late in the afternoon.
