South Dakota State closes out IUPUI, 86-70
• INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Jordan Dykstra scored 26 points and Cody Larson added another 22 as South Dakota State opened Summit League play with an 86-70 win over Indiana University-Purdue University-Indianapolis Thursday night. • Khufu Najee drilled a 3-pointer with 3:14 left to play to cut the South Dakota State lead to three, 73-70, but Dykstra answered with a layup with 2:55 left and was fouled by Donovan Gibbs with a technical foul tacked on. Dykstra stroked all three free throws to make it an eight-point lead and sparking a 13-0 run to close out the game. • The Jackrabbits (9-7, 1-0 Summit) got 19 points from Brayden Carlson and 10 more from Jake Bittle, who drilled a 3-pointer during the closing run. • Ian Chiles had 21 points to lead IUPUI (5-13, 0-1 Summit), with Najee and Mitch Patton adding 15 and 14 points, respectively. Black Hills Corp. buys MGTC pipeline in Wyoming
• RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) -- Black Hills Corp. says it's buying 400 miles of natural gas pipeline from MGTC Inc., a certificated Wyoming public gas utility and an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Anadarko Petroleum Corp. • Rapid City-based Black Hills will pay $6 million for the system that serves about 400 customers in northeast Wyoming. • It will operate the line as a separate division of Cheyenne Light, Fuel & Power, the corporation's electric and natural gas utility in Cheyenne, Wyo., under the name Black Hills Energy. •

• WOONSOCKET, S.D. (AP) -- Investigators have released a photo of a Chevy pickup a missing Woonsocket woman was seen in when she disappeared. • Rachel Cyriacks was last seen on the morning of Nov. 13 in Woonsocket. The 30-year-old is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. • The silver Chevrolet c1500 pickup has a lot of damage underneath.
