Northeast Braces For Winter Storm
• A complex storm system will bring wintry weather to much of the Northeast on Thursday and Friday. Heavy snow, strong winds, frigid temperatures and dangerous wind chills are in forecast for much of the region. Some areas, particularly southern New England, could pick up over 12 inches of snow by Friday morning.

• Tonight: Partly cloudy in the evening then becoming mostly cloudy. Patchy blowing snow after midnight. Lows around 10 below. Temperature rising into

the lower single digits after midnight. South winds 5 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph after midnight. Wind chill readings 20 below to 30 below zero.
