Warmer air aloft has moved over the region, which will in turn lead to warmer surface temperatures today. Most areas will warm into the 20s to low 30s under partly to mostly cloudy skies. This relative "warmth" will be short-lived though as colder air will once again return for Friday and Saturday. Areas of light snow are expected on Friday as well.
