and reviewed the proposed safe route to school. The late Mayor Roy Olson had made plans to have the city staff Christmas Party at the Groton Legion on December 6th with the Auxiliary Ladies catering the meal. The council gave the okay to keep those plans.
• Reports were given by Mary Fliehs, Drew Johnson and Anita Lowary from the South Dakota Municipal League. Lowary reported on the Heartland meeting she recently attended.
