• Grams received his Juris Doctorate degree and sports law certificate from Tulane in 2010, and earned his negotiation and mediation certificate from Tulane in 2008. A native of Groton, S.D., Grams graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2007 with a bachelor of arts in political science.
