• Groton Area traveled to Tulare Tuesday night and came home with a 3-1 in over the Patriots. Game scores were 25-13, 25-27, 26-24 and 25-17.
• Groton was 102 of 127 in attacks with 46 kills. Josie Doeden was 30 of 36 with 13 kills and Kylie Hawkins was 21 of 29 with 13 kills.
• In sets, Groton was 121 of 124 with 33 assists. Courtney Kurtz was 107 of 109 with 28 assists and Regan Lewandowski was 11 of 12 with four assists.
• Groton was 90 of 98 in serving with 11 ace serves. Camille Sippel was 22 of 22 with four aces and Kasey Waage was 16 of 17 with four aces.
• Groton had 25 digs with Camille Sippel having 10 and Skyler Bonn eight. Josie Doeden and Courtney Kurtz each had one solo block.
• The girls will travel to Sisseton tomorrow.
