Motorists are advised that difficult driving conditions could persist. • State transportation officials say crews are working on opening secondary roads that were blocked by the storm that dumped up to 4 feet of snow in one area of the Black Hills. • Officials in Rapid City were asking motorists to stay off roads in town until plowing could be completed. Many residents were still getting stuck Sunday and impeding recovery efforts. •
