• The budget for utility poles was increased from $5,000 to $10,000.
• The city will continue to donate the utilities to the transit, which amounts to $3,000 a year.
• The city had promised the golf course a well when the school wellhouse was capped. The amount in the budget is $25,000. There was also discussion that the water pond should be deepened and the restraining wall put back in to the water is not lapping against the road. There was serious discussion about just giving the golf course the $25,000 and the let them use it as they see fit.
• The contingency was set at $60,000.
