Flooding and Flash Flooding Will Be Possible from the Plains to the Southeast on Tuesday Along a Slow-Moving Frontal Boundary.

•  Moderate to heavy rainfall will be possible Tuesday from the Great Plains to the southeast U.S. where a slow-moving frontal boundary has set up.
