• Having a positive attitude and showing good character proved to be rewarding for Groton Elementary students on Friday. Horace Mann Insurance has partnered with the Groton Elementary the last couple of years to give bikes to students that have shown good character.
• The students became eligible for the drawing by displaying the following positive character traits: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, Citizenship and showing a positive attitude on testing.
• The winners this year were Riley Thurston and Kyleigh Englund. They both received brand new bikes from Horace Mann.
