Another snow storm will bring periods of moderate to heavy snowfall to the Dakotas and Minnesota through Thursday. The first part of the storm system will bring one to two inches of snow for areas along and east of the James River Valley today. An additional two to four inches of snow will be possible for south central South Dakota. The second part of the storm system will mainly affect the eastern Dakotas and western Minnesota later tonight through Thursday. Areas along the I-29 corridor will have the potential of seeing four to seven inches by Thursday afternoon.
