Sunday: Developing weather system will bring snow to the Northern Plains and a slight risk of severe weather to the Central United States
• A storm system will develop late Saturday evening in the Northern Rockies. As the storm system moves east, it will bring several inches of snow to Western Montana, North Dakota and Minnesota on Sunday. Some areas, particularly in North Dakota, could see up to 12 inches of snow. Further south, a slight risk of severe weather is possible in the Central United States Sunday afternoon. • Today: Partly sunny. Highs in the upper 30s. Light winds becoming southeast 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon.
