Severe Storms Possible on Thursday for Ohio/Tennessee Valleys, Southern Mid-Atlantic and Southeast U.S.
• Another round of severe weather is expected for Thursday across the eastern Ohio and Tennessee River Valleys as well as the southern Mid-Atlantic and Southeast U.S. The primary threats will be damaging winds, tornadoes and large hail. At this time, it appears the greatest risk may be focused across portions of Alabama, Georgia and the Florida Panhandle. • Today: Snow. Snow accumulation of 2 to 3 inches. Total snow accumulation 4 to 8 inches. Highs in the lower 30s. Northeast winds around 15 mph.
