Low pressure will continue to push through the region this morning. Arctic high pressure building in behind this system will result in strong winds today, along with some light snow, resulting in some areas of northeast South Dakota and western Minnesota seeing Blizzard Conditions. Snow will push east and winds will subside this afternoon and evening.
