Governor Daugaard Signs More Bills
• PIERRE, S.D. - Gov. Dennis Daugaard signed the following legislative bills on Tuesday, March 12:
• HB1103 - An Act to exempt credit health insurers from certain provisions related to preexisting conditions.
• HB1110 - An Act to provide for openness in certain electronic records databases and to open certain information regarding electronic record systems.
• HB1112 - An Act to clarify the application of certain open meetings provisions to certain three-member public boards.
• HB1115 - An Act to clarify the deliberative process exception to certain open records provisions.
• HB1116 - An Act to revise the terms and expiration dates of appointees to certain boards and commissions.
• HB1120 - An Act to allow regional intergovernmental cooperation for sewer utilities and to provide for the establishment of rates and charges.
• HB1150 - An Act to amend provisions relating to violations of no contact orders.
• HB1162 - An Act to provide for special organ donation decals for license plates.
• HB1170 - An Act to revise certain provisions for a secondary election if the candidates for the United State Senate, United States House of Representatives, or Governor do not receive a sufficient percentage of the votes cast during a primary election.
• HB1174 - An Act to revise certain provisions pertaining to snowmobile operation.
• HB1187 - An Act to provide alternative brand inspection procedures for certain rodeo livestock.
• HB1191 - An Act to provide for the issuance of additional retail fireworks licenses.
