• Groton's junior varsity team won while the varsity and C teams lost to Sisseton in boys basketball action played in Sisseton last night.
• Sisseton won the varsity game, 55-50. Sisseton jumped out to a 21-12 first quarter lead and a 33-24 halftime lead. Groton outscored Sisseton, 20-9, in the third quarter to take a 44-42 lead. Sisseton then outscored Groton, 13-6, in the final quarter to secure the win.
