• On December 25 Mr. and Mrs. Mike Fey, Ferney, hosted Christmas dinner. Those in attendance were Marvin Bahr, Brookings, Mr. and Mrs.. Alvin Bahr, Turton, Art Bahr, Nicky Fey, Stevie Fey, Ferney. The afternoon was spent in gift opening, visitation and card playing.
• On December 24 Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Bahr, Turton, Marvin Bahr, Brookings, Art Bahr, Ferney, attended St. John's Lutheran church, Groton, for the children's  Christmas program, one of them in the program was Nicole Fey.
