Moeller attorney files stipulation for dismissal

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- An apparent attorney tug-of-war in a federal case involving convicted killer Donald Moeller and South Dakota's one-drug capital punishment procedure is raising questions about a hearing scheduled for later this week on the issue.
• South Dakota attorney Mark Marshall, who has been representing Moeller in state court and is now listed in court documents as one of his lawyers in the federal case, filed a stipulation of dismissal Tuesday in the 2004 case on the state's execu (Continued on page 24)
