Groton advance to region title game with win over Big Stone City/Ortonville

• Groton defeated Big Stone City/Ortonville, in the championship semifinal game, 13-3, in five innings. The win sent Groton to the championship game with BSC/O coming back through the loser's bracket. BSC/O defeated Redfield to advance to the championship game.
• Big Stone City/Ortonville got on the scoreboard first
