• PIERRE, S.D. - Gov. Dennis Daugaard has asked that all flags in South Dakota be flown at half-staff on Wednesday, July 25, 2012, from 8 a.m. until sunset out of respect for victims of the mass shooting in Aurora, Colorado. • "This was a senseless and tragic act," the Governor said. "Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their families." • President Obama has ordered flags at half-staff Wednesday at all public buildings and grounds, and military facilities, out of respect for those who were killed and injured in the attack.
