Missing South Dakota prison inmate back in custody
• YANKTON, S.D. (AP) -- A man who walked away from a minimum-security prison in Yankton last week is back in custody. • Corrections officials say 26-year-old Eric Harcey was apprehended Monday in Minnesota's Scott County, which is near the Twin Cities. They did not give details of the arrest. • Harcey was serving a five-year sentence on a grand theft conviction in Lawrence County when he went missing last Thursday.
