Bob Dylan to perform 3 concerts in the Dakotas
• FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- Folk rock legend Bob Dylan will be performing three concerts in the Dakotas during his North American tour this summer. • Dylan is scheduled to play Aug. 17 at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center in Rapid City, S.D.; Aug. 18 at the Sioux Falls Arena in Sioux Falls, S.D.; and Aug. 19 at the Civic Center in Fargo, N.D. Tickets for all three concerts go on sale Friday. • President Barack Obama last month presented the Medal of Freedom to Dylan, whose musical career spans more than five decades. The medal is the nation's highest civilian honor. •
Rapid City man claims Dakota Cash lottery jackpot
• PIERRE, S.D. (AP) -- South Dakota Lottery officials say Kevin Moser of Rapid City has claimed his $217,583 lottery jackpot from the May 2 drawing in the Dakota Cash game. • Moser bought his lucky ticket at LaGrand Station in Rapid City. The business will receive a bonus of $5,000 for selling the winning ticket. • Dakota Cash is played only in South Dakota. The jackpot currently sits at $80,000 for the next drawing on Wednesday. • The odds of winning the game's jackpot are about one in 325,000. •
