3 SD universities plan new degrees in science
• PIERRE, S.D. (AP) -- The South Dakota Board of Regents has given three state universities approval to begin planning new degrees in science fields. • Black Hills State University is exploring an associate degree in applied health sciences. • The South Dakota School of Mines and Technology is looking at a bachelor's degree in applied biological sciences, and the University of South Dakota is planning a bachelor's degree in medical biology. • After the schools finish planning, they must return to the Board of Regents for fi
