Hundreds gather to remember slain Rapid City woman

• RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) -- Hundreds of people gathered in the Walmart parking lot in Rapid City for a candlelight vigil to remember a woman who was slain there.
• Friends, family members and acquaintances of 30-year-old Morgan Myers gathered Sunday night to pray and sing Amazing Grace after a Facebook campaign organized by two local women. Family members thanked those in the crowd for their support.
• Police say Myers was stabbed to death last Thursday. An autopsy showed she was pregnant with her fifth child. The man accused of killing her is in the hospital af

ter allegedly stabbing himself. Authorities say Myers had gotten a protection order against 30-year-old Michael Young after a romantic involvement.
