• Head Wrestling Coach Chris Kucker promised to keep the speech shorter this year when presenting the wrestling awards, however the team had a great season and he still had several awards to present. Wrestling team awards were presented to; Conner Blumhardt, Most Improved; Matt Thorson, Most Inspirational and Most Valuable; Dalton Locke, Most Valuable. Front row: Kelby Hawkins, Pinner Award (most pins, he had 38 for the season); and Darrick Lone and Grayson McCranie, Hardest Workers. Two wrestlers were NEC Champions this year, Matt Thorson and Kelby Hawkins. Eight wrestlers qualified for the state tournament with three of them
