Meeting called to order by Commission Chair Fjeldheim at 10:20 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Chambers, Courthouse Annex, Brown County, SD. Present were Commissioners Sutton, Fischbach and Kippley. Interim Director of Equalization Gene Loeschke, Appraisers Russell Metz and Sarah Swenson were also present.
